L’Unique is the range of so-called “monofruit” jams from Confiture Parisienne. An artisanal method with cooking in small quantities and the exclusive use of unrefined cane sugar. L'unique apricot uses the best varieties of apricots such as Bergeron, or that of Roussillon selected for their taste qualities and from French cultures.
