Madras curry powder organic

Madras is the ancient name of the southern Indian city of Chennai. In the spice mixture named after it, the spiciness of mustard and chili is complemented by the sweetness of cinnamon and cloves. It goes particularly well with Indian curries with vegetables or meat and rice dishes, but also as a universal curry powder.
