For this pâté, we have taken our old-fashioned country pâté recipe to which we add 22% chopped chestnuts. During the tasting, we find delicious pieces of soft chestnut to the delight of lovers of this emblematic fruit of the Ardèche. In this recipe we use 74% pork raised in Ardèche and Haute-Loire. Handcrafted in small quantities in Vinezac in southern Ardèche.
