My Ardèche wine pâté - Chatus - 180 grams

Discover our Chatus pâté, a tasty and delicious old-fashioned country pâté. Chatus is a very old red wine grape variety that is found today only in the south of Ardèche. It brings a unique flavor to our recipe with a scent of stew and marinated meat... A pure delight! For this recipe we select our meat from the Aubenas slaughterhouse 10 minutes from our production workshop, then we add Chatus wine from Mas de Bagnols, our wine-growing neighbor.
