For this terrine, we used our old-fashioned country pâté recipe to which we added 22% chopped chestnuts. During the tasting, we find delicious pieces of soft chestnut to the delight of lovers of this emblematic fruit of the Ardèche. In this recipe we use 74% pork from Ardèche or Haute-Loire. You can enjoy this pâté as an aperitif or starter on good country bread or carry it in your basket during a picnic. Handcrafted in small quantities in Vinezac, South Ardèche.
