Wild boar terrine with chestnuts

Our terrine is made from 50% French wild boar meat. Although it is the fattest game meat, it remains 5 times less fat than classic pork with a clearly comparable taste. The chestnuts generously present in this recipe bring flavors that will make you fall back into childhood. Our terrine is prepared in an artisanal way, respecting traditional methods. This guarantees a smooth and creamy texture, as well as a balanced distribution of flavors for an optimal taste experience. Best served chilled (10°C)
