Ejvinds Bakery is a family owned brand dating back to 1956.
During the pandemic, we launched our webshop under the name “Homemade Cookies by Ejvinds”, and we exploded in Denmark.
Now over 500.000 Cookies later, we have perfected the recipe of our Cookies, and me and my family are happy to announce our entry into more markets.
All of our Cookies are handmade by educated bakers in our bakery here in Denmark.
We bake, pack and ship the same day, so your Cookies will always be as fresh as possible.
We use 100% Danish butter, quality flour, and in general the best ingredients available. This gives all of our Cookies a unique and rich flavor, you just cant get from dry store bought Cookies.
We are always innovating and testing new Cookies, and we launch at least 1 new Cookie each month. Follow along and see if we have your favorite flavor.
