This Guatemalan coffee bean comes to us from the San Marcos region. This is an elegant and light specialty coffee. It has notes of nuts, citrus and chocolate. The terroir This specialty coffee comes from the San Marcos region, located in western Guatemala. The land extends between 1,300 and 1,800 meters above sea level, a perfect environment for growing exceptional coffees, particularly thanks to the Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai varieties. The humid climate and shaded cultivation promote optimal ripening of the cherries, allowing their aromas to develop before harvest. The producers This coffee is the fruit of a small organization of producers, ACOMNAT, which brings together around 30 members, almost half of whom are women. Drying method Washed coffee, sun dried. Varieties Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai. Labels SPP (Symbol of Peasant Producers).
