dried green pepper

Our dry green pepper is the result of the selection of a variety of native pepper from Levante Almeria, the Country Pepper. We select the peppers when they are just ripe, without bumps or damaged parts, and we apply the traditional process: they are exposed to the sun and air with a sprinkle of salt. ONLY SUN AND SALT. The smell, together with the natural color and texture, are a pleasure for the senses.
