Koval - Rye Blond Whiskey "Single Cask"

All Koval whiskeys are single barrels aged in charred barrels of 30 gallons (113.55 Liters). This ensures that the distillate, composed only from the heating core, is capable of developing its taste with the purest grain notes and succulent flavor. The term "single barrel" refers to the fact that the bottles come from specific barrels and are numbered accordingly. All Koval spirits can be traced down to their barrel, and even down to specific shipments of raw materials which come from organic farmers. 50cl - 40% Tasting Notes This rye offers a unique juice composed of 100% rye grains, all of origin local and sustainable in the Midwest of the United States. This fresh and light whiskey offers notes of maple and sweet corn, with a classically spicy finish. It works wonderfully in cocktails like the Manhattan, the Sazerac or a Scofflaw, where the spiciness of its grain balances the sweetness of the others ingredients.
