Red wine Ad Gratiam Dei 2021 AOP Saint-Chinian

Ad Gratiam Dei is a powerful and full-bodied red wine, with notes of black fruit and spices. Aging in barrels for 1 year softened its tannins, allowing this wine to be ready for tasting. This wine is perfect with game in sauce, simmered dishes or cheeses with character. It is a blend of 3 grape varieties: Syrah (40%), Grenache (40%) and Mourvèdre (20%). It is a wine to keep for another 10 years.   Ad Gratiam Dei means, in Latin, “by the grace of God”. This is the origin of our last name, Gracia. One of our ancestors, an orphan, was recovered by men of the church, who gave him this name. Aging: 10 months in vats and 12 months in barrels of 2 to 3 wines Alcohol content: 14%
