
Dry and fruity white, aged for 5 months in oak barrels. 100% ROLL. Grape varieties: 100% Rolle. Plot exposure: South - South - East. Soil: Soil made up of rolled pebbles, mixed with very light sand (pudding) with some clay veins. Average age of the vines: approximately 20 years. Vinification: Harvest 35Hl/Hectare. Manual harvest in boxes, sorted. Blending technique by maceration & direct pressing. Thermo-regulated fermentation after static settling (stabilization for 24 to 36 hours). Organoleptic characteristics of the Wine: Lemon yellow color. The fresh nose, intense with its citrus nuances leaves its floral veil to reveal white peach and pear ventilation. The palate is silky, animated by a sustained freshness evoking the dynamism of pomelo. The finale stretches with notes bitter almond and zest. An appetizing wine, excellent for sea bream ceviche. To drink in its youth first on freshness but good vintage to keep. Serving temperature: 11°C
