Domaine des Terres Rouges supports the return of the pickle industry in France. This delicate crop only grows in France in summer, from June to September. Pickles require constant monitoring because they can double in size in a day. They must therefore be harvested at the right time. They are prepared quickly after picking and bottled in France. Prepared fresh according to a sweet and sour recipe (subtle balance between vinegar and sugar) seasoned with a touch of dill and white onions. Firm and crunchy, they can be enjoyed in your salads, burgers, sandwiches and with your charcuterie platters.
