EL SERRAT V - 2021

Dark, opaque, almost black colour. Very fine first nose. Then come the aromas of cherries in eau-de-vie, woody spices and finally the warm, toasted scents of the garrigue. Slightly marked by vanilla, dense, solid, frank and deep palate. Warm, sincere and elegant. 80% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah. Dark robe, opaque, almost black. Really fine first nose. Then come water spirits cherries aromas, spiced woods and warm and grilled scents of scrubland. Slightly marked by vanilla, dense in mouth, firm, frank and deep.
