Dark ruby red color full of garnet reflections. Scent of red fruit, vanilla, cherry but also chocolate and dried grapes. Enveloping, full, harmonious, dry and velvety body. Long persistence of great level. Ideal for meats, game and aged cheeses, but also as an accompaniment for pleasant conversations. Year: 2018 Grape varieties: Corvina Veronese 50%, Rondinella 30%, Corvionone 15%, Oseleta 5% Altitude: 400/500 meters above sea level Soil quality: Mainly Pliocene limestone Training system: Espalier training with Guyot pruning Density: 4,500 plants per hectare. Cultivation method: Organic cultivation Vinification: The grapes are gently pressed and initially left to ferment at a controlled temperature for 10 days. The wine is then fermented with the dehydrated Amarone skins. It continues with aging in steel vats for a period ranging from 12 to 14 months and finally, finishing in oak barrels for 6 months.
