Rubber duck Yarto - Lord Nelson rubber duck

Lord Nelson was a British admiral who served in the 18th and early 19th centuries. 

He is best known for his leading role in numerous significant military victories in the wars against France and Spain. 

Celebrated for his bravery and service to his country, Nelson is considered one of the greatest war heroes in British history.  One of Nelson's major military achievements was victory in the Spanish Armada War. 

In 1798 he led a fleet of British warships against the Spanish Armada trying to conquer the English shores. 

Nelson directed the attack and led the British ships to victory over the Spanish.  Nelson also achieved significant successes in the war against France. 

In 1799 he led a fleet of warships to attack French fleets near Copenhagen. 

The attack was successful and led to the surrender of the French ships. 

In 1801, Nelson led another fleet against the French and scored a decisive victory at the Battle of Cairo.  Nelson also suffered a few defeats during his career. 

In 1796 he led a fleet of warships against the French near St. 

Vincent, but the attack was unsuccessful and Nelson and his ships were pushed back. 

In 1797 he led a fleet against the Spanish at Santa Cruz de Tenerife, but the attack failed and Nelson was badly injured.  Overall, Lord Nelson was a successful and brave admiral, celebrated for his significant military achievements in the wars against France and Spain.
