The block of foie gras is an emulsion composed of lobes of foie gras and water, seasoned with salt, pepper and sugar. Its homogeneous and smooth appearance makes it possible to cut regular slices for each guest. To taste accompanied by a soft and fruity white wine such as a Côte de Gascogne or a sweet Jurançon, however some will prefer a red wine: Madiran or Saint Mont, others a glass of champagne. Also available, accompanied by a fruit chutney. To taste fresh. Can be kept for 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator after opening. Ideal for your starters or aperitifs.
