In this wild fennel pesto with a particular and strong taste we meet dried tomatoes, giving rise to an explosion of flavors. Jar: 190 g. Ingredients: wild fennel 38%, extra virgin olive oil, dried tomato, onion, wine vinegar, raisins, sugar, salt. Directions for use: as an appetizer: spread on slices of toasted bread. As a condiment for pasta dishes: sauté the pasta al dente adding a drizzle of oil and the sauce. Serve on the plate sprinkled with crumbs of toasted bread.
