Olivier Ravoire - AOP Crozes-Hermitage red - 2022

Olivier Ravoire highlights the history of the Ravoire family by signing this range in honor of the epic tale of Captain Ravoire – valiant knight of the 16th century – in Comtat Venaissin in 1593. For this, a term from the lexicon of chivalry was assigned to each name. Thus, our Crozes-Hermitage has the vintage name “Espee”, a term borrowed from the old French designating the knight’s sword.
