Hill of Love

Superb and original! The straw color of the wine calls for a nose with notes of apricot, bitter orange, honey and sweet spices. The mouth opens with aromas of citrus fruits and pear, it ends on a discreet note of boxwood. In terms of pairing, the wine takes us from the aperitif to the end of the meal: tapas, mild coral lentil curry, aubergine gratin, langoustine with white butter, duck à l'orange, pork tenderloin, blue-veined cheeses , apple pie, caramelized pineapple…Limited quantities.
