RESPECT

Collector's vintage. Exceptional sweetness from the 1997 vintage. Only one barrel of this wine was produced by the avant-garde winemaker: Mr. Francis Poirel, pioneer of wines produced naturally in the Loire. RESPECT is a wine made from Sauvignon Gris vines, then almost a century old, cultivated like a garden, planted on the magnificent terroirs of Chaume. Now gone, these vines gave an exceptional quality of grapes, reflecting a relentless and respectful work in the vineyard.
