ORGANIC Toasted and Ground Barley Mondo

Our organic toasted and ground Orzo Mondo is produced by the Campo cooperative, which uses exclusively Italian organic barley. Barley is a cereal rich in minerals, in particular calcium and phosphorus. It is roasted by the cooperative to then be used for the preparation of barley coffee: a drink with no contraindications and a sweetish flavor that is generally liked by both adults and children.
