Gepp's pistachio oil, 250ml

Our pure pistachio oil unfolds a delicious aroma of fresh green pistachios. We recommend it when cooking, especially to taste and refine dishes. The natural oil contains a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and many minerals and vitamins. In order to preserve the valuable ingredients, it must not be heated. Our pistachio oil goes well with leaf salads, fruit, pasta, but also with bread, cheese and wine. It is also great for refining ice cream, cakes and pastries. The full pistachio taste harmonises perfectly with our Gepp's Sherry Vinegar. Fits well with: Salads, cream cheese, fish, with light starters and sweet desserts.
