Our high quality porcini mushroom sauce preserves the scent and flavor of the mushrooms, king of the woods, with which it is prepared. 

The combination with tomato and flavourings, the total absence of colorings and preservatives, makes it particularly suitable for seasoning all types of pasta, such as tagliatelle, to which it transmits all its flavour. The porcini mushroom sauce can also be used with polenta or risotto, meat dishes, as a sauce for scallops, rolls or fillets.
