CINNAMON GUAYAPI Cinnamon is produced according to traditional methods in the Kotmalé region, to preserve its powerful aroma: picked by hand, the branches of adult trees are selected, the inside of the bark is cut and dried in a solar dryer until it is rolled up; the pieces are then finely ground to obtain cinnamon powder. Origin: Kotmalé hillsides, Maussawa, Sri Lanka.
