There, the bee forages on fir trees and a variety of mountain grasses, creating a unique honey with golden, pearly hues. It is low in sugar. Its nutritional value is very high because it is a honey rich in trace elements. It also has antiseptic and diuretic effects. It is the first honey recognized as a Protected Designation of Origin and does not crystallize.
