Organic Fir Honey is harvested from bees in the Mainalo fir forest, at an altitude of 2000m. There, the bee gathers pollen from the fir trees and a variety of mountain grasses, thus creating the unique honey with golden and pearly nuances. It is low in sugar. Its nutritional value is very high because it is a honey rich in trace elements. It also has antiseptic and diuretic effects. It is the first honey recognized as Protected Designation of Origin and does not crystallize.
