On their family farm in Florina (Eastern Macedonia), the Naoumidis family cultivates and preserves an ancient local variety of organic red peppers, the “Florinis”, highly sought after in Greek cuisine for their fragrance, flavor and tenderness. A 260g jar contains approximately 1kg of fresh peppers, cooked for 3 hours to obtain a pepper concentrate.
