The peppers are grilled on the embers for 6 hours, peeled by hand to keep their natural aroma. A 260g jar contains approximately 1kg of fresh peppers, cooked for 3 hours to obtain a pepper concentrate. Authentic red Florina peppers, combined with eggplant and tomato with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and salt. Organic artisanal product, pasteurized without preservatives. Serve as an aperitif, as a spread on bread, or to dip breadsticks in, but also as a sauce for pasta, rice, pizza, etc.
