HOOLGAASCHT - Dry Gin

ODOR A clear note of juniper mixes with the freshness of citrus fruits. TASTE At first, juniper dominates, supporting hints of coriander and spicy notes. Then the citrus notes appear and are replaced by the liquorice aroma. DEPARTURE Beautiful finish with spreading aromas of juniper berries, liquorice and lemongrass. MANUFACTURE The dry gin is obtained by marrying the production methods maceration and steam infusion. This process is unique and extracts all herbal essences used with maximum effectiveness. The result is an intense and complex aroma structure, which is already reflected in the bouquet. Ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin is used as the base alcohol, and thus meets the strict legal requirements for the designation of a "dry" gin.
