ODOR Complex, spicy notes and a subtle freshness of citrus fruits rise from the glass into the nose. THE TASTE Pure: Plump, powerful body with omnipresent aromas of juniper and coriander, followed by spicy-earthy hints. With tonic water: after color change, multi-layered texture with playful, partly fruity accents that surprise. The finish of this gin is dry and balanced. MANUFACTURE After the careful distillation, the drinking strength is increased to 57% vol. set. By macerating the flowers of a local field plant, the Navy Strength Gin shines in a strong blue. The color pigments of this plant are responsible for this, which change into different shades of color depending on the pH value - i.e. in the acidic or basic range. This color magic happens in a purely natural way, without the addition of stabilizers or additives - solely through the power of the flower.
