HOOLGAASCHT - Reserve Gin

ODOR Floral elements are already prominent on the nose, accompanied by fresh, subtle citrus notes. TASTE The barrel-aged gin has a complex structure with floral elements and heavy woody notes, which are accompanied by a balanced, light bitterness. DEPARTURE Very long finish with trumping clove and cinnamon notes. MANUFACTURE The Reserve Gin finds its "rest" in a three-month chestnut barrel aging. The pre-allocation of this barrel was a classic brandy, which means that parts of these aromas have passed into the gin. As with Aged Gin, no other gin manufacturer in Germany is known to work with this method and these materials - another novelty!
