HOOLGAASCHT - Aged Gin

ODOR An interplay of citrus, ginger and the scent of cedar wood can be clearly seen. TASTE A whole bouquet of Asian spices ignites in the body, paired with finely tart, fresh notes of wood. DEPARTURE Ginger and citrus notes literally "stick" to the palate and are persistently present alongside peppery elements. MANUFACTURE The Aged Gin is subjected to a maturation process with wood chips from the juniper plant. This process takes just 5 days, during which a few grams of the chips come into contact with the dry gin and release color and wood aromas. To date, there is not a single gin manufacturer in Germany who works with these wonderful flavor carriers - an absolute unique selling point!
