Fruity and spicy, yet somehow earthy - this is how you can describe the taste of ginger with a clear conscience. We were fascinated by this exciting combination of flavors - and so we macerated fresh, South American organic ginger with alcohol for several weeks. Through the subsequent gentle distillation, we were able to work out all the freshness and the almost lemony bouquet of this special root and concentrate it into a particularly dense but also complex spirit - and almost without any sharpness.
