WAHLSCHE PEAR

It's small, it's honey-yellow - and it's covered in »freckles«: Wahl's schnapps pear takes its name from its »discoverer«. Erich Wahl found the tree that happened to have grown on a railway embankment and distilled a particularly aromatic brandy from the fruit. The special thing about the »Schnapsbirne« is the liaison of the rare fruity pear taste with the sugary sweetness of honey - framed by a strong note of spices. Really special this pear!
