It is a fruit full of contradictions - bright yellow in a friendly way, but at the same time hard and unyielding. In the right hands, however, the Constantinople apple quince becomes an explosive taste experience. The fruits that we process in our distillates come from lovingly tended Lower Rhine orchards, were allowed to ripen in peace and now unfold their full variety of flavors in our carefully produced brandy.
