Organic smoked paprika powder - 40 g

It is through a fair process that we selected our organic smoked paprika from a small cooperative of farmers in Spain.     This sweet pepper or pepper is put in a brick dryer, where it can dry gently over a wood fire which will give it its characteristic taste and fragrance. Once the pepper has lost all its moisture, we move on to the grinding stage in a mill, to reduce it to powder. Its beautiful color adds pep to many preparations. It is very popular in vegetarian recipes. At ID BIO, we are fans of it and we have already offered you many recipes that are flavored with smoked paprika. We recommend it to flavor chickpea hummus, grilled meats and vegetables, with roasted sweet potatoes, fresh cheese, but also on fish, it is also used in the composition of smoked salmon.     You will have understood, it can be used endlessly.
