Jerk Royale, my mother's kitchen recipe and her dedication to her craft inspired me to design and create my own recipe. Working with my fiance who suggested I try some more exotic flavours I came up with a unique look and distinct tasting marinade. With Levi Roots proving that there was a commercial market in Europe for Caribbean Food. I decided to take the opportunity to commercializing my recipe in order to create a life long legacy for my family.
