Fish broth Dashi Umami

According to Japanese tradition, our Dashi fish broth develops the full "umami" taste of the high-quality ingredients. The wonderful brew made from Spanish, sustainably produced tuna and wakame algae as well as shiitake simmers for 10 hours at 80 °C and is seasoned again and again with rice vinegar, salt and beet sugar. Without artificial additives or preservatives, to be enjoyed pure or as a basis for delicious fish dishes. Bottled in disposable glass bottles.
