Therefore: Have fun with our Bio Phở! Our Phở Grund bone broth is prepared gently, which preserves important ingredients and nutrients. After the beef bones and soup chickens have been prepared with cold water and unsalted vegetables, we add typical Vietnamese spices such as ginger, chili, star anise, cinnamon and fish sauce and let them simmer at 90 °C for 48 hours. The special thing about it: Each broth tastes a little different, but always genuine and above all really good.
