True to the motto: less is more. Less sugar means more cocoa for your enjoyment. The chocolatey drink powder with 65% cocoa, based on the low-fat fine cocoa from Atalaya in Peru. The taste and consistency are like a classic hot chocolate from a street café: beautifully chocolatey, yet floral, and only subtly sweetened with raw cane sugar. The taste unfolds between beautifully chocolatey and delicately floral. The raw materials are fairly traded from organic cooperatives in South America. Preparation in 200ml: Stir 2 to 3 teaspoons = 10g of drink powder into 80ml of hot liquid with a whisk or spoon. Pour hot or cold milk, plant-based drink or water over the tea to taste. Ideally let it steep for 2 minutes and stir if necessary.
