Our cloves are cultivated in India, in the province of Wayanad, State of Kerala. It has a typically phenolic flavor. It has been used since the dawn of time for its antiseptic properties and its ability to treat dental pain. It is an essential ally in our modern cuisine, especially in spice blends, but also stuck in an onion to give more flavor to sauces and soups.
