ADISSAN SEC AOP Clairette du Languedoc Adissan: Languedoc village located in the heart of Hérault, is renowned for the quality of its white wines from Clairette. Between sea and scrubland, the vines are lulled by the sea breeze and the tramontane, prevailing winds that blow on the hillsides. All this means that Clairette d'Adissan became a PDO in 1948. Varietal: Clairette 100% from the hillsides overlooking the Hérault River. From a clay-limestone soil and Villafranchian terraces in a strict Mediterranean climate. Tasting: Dry white wine with a nose of white flowers, ample and generous mouthfeel of fresh fruit with citrus notes on a mineral and saline finish. To be enjoyed with shellfish, a parilla of fish or white meat in sauce.
