Compote of Raspberries and Onion

It took 4 years to find the right balance between raspberries and onions and to fine-tune the right cooking process, which would "melt" the ingredients and make them become one. How to use it in the kitchen - PERFUMED AND BITTER-SWEET is recommended on grilled meats and fish, on semi-mature and aged cheeses, on bread and… even on cream tart! Ingredients: raspberries (40%), onions (40%), sugar (20%).
