Our story began long before our company: Massimiliano, Mammo for friends, was only ten years old and already dreamed of having a raspberry plant in the garden.
In 2011, after living in London where he ate fresh raspberries every day, Mammo planted the first sucker in the shade of centuries-old chestnut trees, in a hectare of volcanic soil with a view of the Vetusta Beech Wood of Monte Cimino, where at 800 m of altitude the particular mountain microclimate is ideal for its raspberry grove, which grows luxuriantly in an ecosystem with a high degree of biodiversity.From agriculture to processing, we use all our resources to enhance the excellent raw material provided by the raspberry growers we have selected.
We believe in the importance of innovation: we never stop doing research and use imagination and technique to get the best from the happy encounter of Nature with Human Ingenuity.
