Our Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, which comes from one of the oldest and most famous Acetaias is produced, matures in old barrels for over 48 months. Just a few drops are enough to enrich any dish. 

Highly recommended on grilled meat, aged cheese or strawberries.

 The production area of ​​Modena balsamic vinegar traditionally falls within the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. 

They are areas with a typical continental climate: cold winters, hot and humid summers, mild springs and autumn.

 Aceto Balsamico has a strong antioxidant effect.
