Extra Virgin Olive Oil (artisanal, organic, 500 mL)

As in any traditional farm in Languedoc, there are olive trees at Pech d'André. 
Starting with the avenue of century-old olive trees which leads to the estate. 
Other olive trees were planted around fifty years ago, and even more recently we have added young olive trees along the edges of the vines on different plots.
 Several varieties are represented: Lucques, Picholine, Olivier… not to mention the wild olive trees that we also harvest.
 The trees are just pruned: no treatment, no watering, to obtain a natural, intense and concentrated oil.
 The extraction is done in a small local artisanal mill (the Moulin de la Restanque in Roubia), which guarantees the separate treatment of our olives as well as compliance with the "Organic Agriculture" certification from which our extra virgin olive oil benefits. .       Powerful and aromatic olive oil, green fruity.
 Organic Olive Oil certified by FR-BIO-10.
