A surprising and very aromatic coffee that delivers fruity notes of tomato, pineapple, rhubarb, and chocolate. HAS preferably taste it gently to get the most out of it. The Cooperative "Coffee Rusiga Sector" (KCRS) is composed exclusively of women who operate small plots at around 2000 meters above sea level and where coffee plants grow with vegetables, beans, or sweet potatoes. This diversity makes it possible to spread income over the year while producing food for the everyday consumption of local communities. The cooperative is an offshoot of "A New Beginning", a charity founded by Jacqueline Turner following the 1994 genocide to support the resettlement of widows and orphans who had taken refuge in the north of the country. It has since become the collective property of the operators. The climate is tropical at high altitude, generally cool and humid, with abundant rainfall throughout the year, very suitable for growing exceptional coffee.
