Static settling in the cold for 48 hours giving a very light color. Alcoholic fermentation at 18° for 12 days and racking 10 days after the end of sugaring (2g/l of residual sugar). No malolactic fermentation. TASTING: Pale pink in color with slight salmon reflections, shiny and limpid, this pressing rosé offers a delicate nose with notes of small acidulous red fruits, with subtle passages of orange blossom. The lively and suave mouth, with remarkable balance, refreshed and offers notes of citrus peel. Good aromatic persistence on the fruit and thirst-quenching finish.
