ROSÉ - IGP CÔTES DE GASCOGNE VINTAGE: 2023 VARIETY: 100% Syrah KNOW-HOW: The pure and unaltered expression of the fruit, a quest for the Château Arton. 
Once picked, the grapes arrive in less than 2 minutes at the wine cellar, to preserve the freshness of the berries. 
Each plot harvested is monitored, controlled, vinified separately. ÉRISING: Stainless steel tank, without passage in barrels. VEGETABLE COLLAGE: Pea proteins, 0 allergens. Total SO2: 60 mg/L ALCOHOLIC DEGREE: 12.5% TASTING: Nose dominated by wild strawberries, citron lemon and grapefruit. 
Balanced, smooth palate, with notes of raspberry and peach white, refreshed by hints of citrus.
