
Orange Wine/A maceration white wine Vintage: 2023 Grape varieties: Marsanne/Roussanne Terroir: Stony clay-limestone soils Technique: In stainless steel tank for 6 months Vinification: Made from the Roussanne and Marsanne grape varieties, the harvest is sorted and destemmed then the vinification is done in stainless steel vats. Skin maceration for one month with pumping over, delestage and punching down. Tasting note: Super Light Orange, natural and unfiltered wine, a deposit may form in the bottle This wine has a pretty amber color, bright and clear. The aromas of candied lemon and quince paste are expressed intensely on the nose, mixed with a few spicy notes, saffron. The palate presents a beautiful balance, both fresh and fleshy, with a slightly bitter and tannic finish, giving a saline wine of great length. Gourmet pairings: Enjoy it with your aperitifs, with pâtés, raw ham, mortadella. Then on blanquettes or white meats. To finish, pressed cheeses, such as Comté or Beaufort.
